Medzora — How to request deletion of your data

If you use Medzora and want us to delete personal data associated with your account, follow the steps below. We will confirm receipt and process verifiable requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Option A — Email request

1. Send an email from the address registered on your Medzora account to it.zainlee@gmail.com with the subject line Medzora data deletion request.
2. Include your full name and the email address tied to your Medzora account.
3. Optionally list connected social accounts (e.g. Instagram handle) if you want those connections removed from our systems.

Option B — Disconnect third parties

You can remove connected platforms (such as Meta/Instagram or Google) from within the Medzora app where the product provides a disconnect or revoke option. That stops future use of those tokens; you may still email us if you want account data erased entirely.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram

You can also remove Medzora from your Facebook or Instagram settings in the Meta apps and websites section. That revokes our access via Meta but may not delete all data we already stored; use Option A for a full account deletion request.
